We want you to love our products which is why we use quality materials and hand make all of our candles. Products that we stock from others are also of high quality and mostly hand made.  If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact the hive within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.
